HSEQ forms the basis of our operations and plays a strong role in our organisation. We are always looking for improvements, and HSEQ is present during all phases of our projects.

Hitec Products's HSEQ targets are set to be:

• Zero (0) fatalities.
• Lost Time Accident Frequency shall equal zero (0) for engineering, finance & administration and sales & marketing activities.
• Lost Time Accident Frequency shall equal zero (0) for production, fabrication, shipping and rigging activities.
• Reportable (Statutory) environmental incidents shall equal zero (0).
• Time off because of sickness shall not exceed 3,0 % of total hours worked.
  
  
• Hitec Products AS shall have focus on TQM to ensure that our customers and other interested parties are satisfied with the work performed 
• Hitec Products AS shall plan and perform quality activities necessary to achieve an effective and reliable quality system, which fulfils the requirements in the ISO 9001:2008 standard and other needs and expectations of the customers and other interested parties
• Hitec Products AS shall measure customers and other interested parties needs and expectations, analyse these and perform necessary improvements to achieve their satisfaction
• Hitec Products AS shall plan and perform audits, both internal and of suppliers, to ensure implementation of the quality system
• Hitec Products AS shall have the most qualified personnel available for the work to be performed and shall further educate the personnel to face new challenges
• Hitec Products AS shall together with customers and suppliers create the future, and must therefore take care of them and treat them with respect and understanding
• Hitec Products AS employees are committed to learn and comply with the defined quality system and shall report any deviations and proposals for improvement
• The management shall review the system minimum once (1) every year to ensure the effectiveness of the system.
• In short terms, the organisation shall, Measure, Analyse and Improve to ensure satisfaction of customers and other interested parties.
