Hitec Products was awarded the contract for Petrobras TUPI by BW Offshore at the end of June 2008, and a successful FAT and delivery was at the end of October 2008. Key success factors were: quick turnaround in design and engineering, effective handling of suppliers and a huge effort from all personell involved in the project.
The Hydraulic Power Unit will supply High and Low pressure to the wet xmas tree and includes an integrated Wellhead Control Rack.
