Hitec Products Rental AS has aquired Norwegian Oilfield Supply AS. The two companies will be merged to one and named Norwegian Oilfield Supply AS. The company will be one of three companies under Hitec Products Group AS. The Managing Director of the new company will be Ivar Hognestad.
