Anzett acquires WOCS AS
The acquisition of WOCS AS, is in line with Anzett’s focus on continuous improvement and has strengthened our position as a total supplier within all business areas. Through this acquisition, Anzett has reinforced our competence, capacity and activity within our aftermarket department.
We believe this will benefit our customers by increasing flexibility and improving our customer services.
The agreement has been signed with an immediate effect, on the 22nd of June 2009.
Anzett, together with our sister company Hitec Products, is a leading market player within our focus business areas, employing over 160 employees and an estimated turnover for 2009 of NOK 430 million.
